Victoria is a results-driven and agile strategic financial leader with extensive experience working for large complex publicly traded and private organizations.

 

Most recently, she was Director, Receivables Management for Canadian Pacific Railway where she oversaw the strategic direction and day-to-day activities. She led the CPKC integration strategy for her ~35-person team and spearheaded CP’s Co-op Student Program.

 

She is passionate about developing and supporting high-performing teams and has been a leader in recruiting business professionals from Co-op Students, to seasoned Finance Leaders throughout her career as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). She understands firsthand how imperative hiring the right people is to the future performance of an organization.

 

 She is a graduate of the Asper School of Business, a CPA, and most recently completed her Yellow Belt Lean Certification.
